Cancellation Policy for Exhibitors:  To receive a refund, a written request must be received at least
30 days before the scheduled date of convention. 
A $35 processing fee is deducted from all refunds.

 LACPA does not endorse any of the products, programs, or services advertised at the Convention.


The Convention Brochure is mailed out in July to over 7000 mental health professionals in Los Angeles County.  The brochure lists program and presenter information on the sessions being offered at convention. This is LACPA’s major mailing, best value, and most exposure for your advertising dollar. Deadline for the brochure is June 8, 2016.


The Convention Day Program will be distributed at the conference, where we have capacity for 350 participants. This program is in hand all day long with the day’s schedule and session locations listed.  The program goes home with everyone and is referred to frequently.  Deadline for the day program is September 7, 2016.

Exhibitors receive a six-foot table and two chairs available throughout the day for display, as well as meeting with convention attendees; one complementary lunch and parking. Due to the limited number of tables available, we recommend early registration as we don’t want to disappoint you at the last minute. The continental breakfast will be held in the exhibitor’s area, which will be one of several times for significant exposure.  Finally, we discount convention registration for exhibitors who wish to attend our programs for Continuing Education credit.
