Working in Theater, Music, Comedy and Dance
Performance Date: Saturday February 29, 2020
Performance Location: El Portal Theater (360 seat theater!)
5269 Lankershim Blvd., North Hollywood, CA 91601
Eligibility: Open to all LACPA and CAMFT members and all non-member psychologists, psychotherapists, psychoanalysts, clinical and research psychology professors/instructors, and psychotherapy graduate students, nationally and internationally.
Submissions: Live theatrical, dance, comedy, or musical performance rooted in psychologically themed and/or psychologically meaningful content. The running time for all submissions is a maximum of 15 minutes in length (slightly longer works may be considered).
Selection Criteria: Artistic value, psychological significance, originality, performer skill level
Requirements: If interested, please email the following: your artistic CV or resume; title and brief description of your performance (including its style); a digital or audio example of your performance work; technical requirements to produce your work; number of performers plus their past performance experience.
