Friday, March 11 - Piper Grant, Psy.D., M.P.H.

Understanding Your Client's Sexual Fantasies in Therapy

Understanding our client’s sexual fantasies can offer incredible insight into varying scripts that underlie behaviors. As a topic that is often considered to be taboo in daily life, it is also commonly overlooked in therapy. Attendees will better understand sexual fantasies and how to apply their understanding in work with clients.

Piper Grant, PsyD, MPH, has extensive experience working with individuals and couples on issues related to sex, intimacy, and trauma. Dr. Grant specializes in working with clients to heal relationships ruptures, overcome sexual dysfunction, and deepen intimacy. She regularly engages in community outreach and publically speaks on issues related to sexual health, HIV/AIDS, teen sexuality, and women's issues.

LACPA Brown Bag Lunches are available to all 2015/2016 LACPA Members.

This is a FREE LACPA MEMBER BENEFIT. Seating is limited.  If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend, please let the LACPA office know.
